[Errno 2] No such file or directory: ‘llvm-config’

sudo apt install llvm-8-dev
sudo ln -s /usr/bin/llvm-config-8 /usr/bin/llvm-config

检查一下

llvm-config --version

AttributeError: module ‘numpy‘ has no attribute ‘long‘

replace numpy version with

pip install numpy==1.23.0
