配置
修改配置文件
配置文件路径为conf目录下的nginx-win.conf配置文件
新增的部分我做了标记

启动
#关闭nginx服务命令
nginx -s stop -c conf/nginx-win.conf #启动nginx服务命令
start nginx -c conf/nginx-win.conf
测试方案1
利用ffmpeg推流
ffmpeg -f dshow -i video="USB2.0 Camera" -vcodec libx264 -preset:v ultrafast -tune:v zerolatency -f flv rtmp://localhost:1935/live/123
利用vlc查看rtmp流

设置推流地址
选择直播--服务(选择自定义)--服务器输入rtmp地址--推流码输入流名称即可,我输入的是123
添加窗体
选择时钟的页面,点击确认
开始直播
利用vlc查看视频
媒体--打开网络串流
