放到全是英文路径的打不开

到安装路径进入cmd，输入nginx -t

nginx: the configuration file E:\Astudy\nginx-1.20.2/conf/nginx.conf syntax is ok

nginx: [emerg] bind() to 0.0.0.0:80 failed (10013: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions) 

发现是端口号80被占用了，改成8090就可以了
