我用的是git bash通过hexo init安装hexo的，但是报错如下：
$ hexo init

Error: EPERM: operation not permitted, mkdir 'D:\'
把git bash关掉，然后在要安装的目录下重新打开git bash，重新执行hexo init命令即可成功：
